DMCA Policy for Popcorn Movies

5. Policy for Repeat Infringers
Popcornmovies has implemented a policy of banning users who are judged to be repeat infringers, under the right conditions and in Popcornmovies' sole discretion, in compliance with the DMCA and other applicable laws. Whether or whether there is a pattern of infringement, Popcornmovies retains the right to restrict service access and/or cancel users' accounts for violating the intellectual property rights of others.
